Four Pillars of Innovation at Fruman
Fruman is the home of the Alvotech Academy, a training and education center for new and existing employees, Alvotech's New Technology Lab, an University of Iceland biotechnology teaching lab, and Iceland's first biotechnology incubator and accelerator.
Alvotech Academy
In the Alvotech Academy, current and future employees have the opportunity to receive practical training and attend academic courses. This allows current and future staff to develop the skills required to take on exciting and challenging projects.

The New Technologies Lab focuses on evaluating and developing new and cutting-edge solutions to enhance Alvotech’s research capabilities and manufacturing processes. Our focus is on improving cost-efficiency, productivity, and capacity, driving Alvotech’s continuous growth and commitment to innovation.
Biotech Startup Incubator

University of Iceland's Biotechnology Teaching Lab
In collaboration with the University of Iceland, Fruman hosts a state-of-the-art biotechnology teaching lab.
